vivo has expanded its Y series with the unveiling of the Y52t. It is powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC, packs a 6.51″ HD+ LCD, and runs Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean out of the box.
The vivo Y52t has 8GB RAM and two storage options – 128GB and 256GB. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.
For photography, the vivo Y52t comes with three cameras in tow – an 8MP selfie shooter on the front and a 13MP primary camera on the rear joined by a 2MP macro unit. Fueling the entire package is a 5,000 mAh battery charged through a USB-C port at up to 10W.
The rest of the vivo Y52t’s highlights include a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint reader, and 5G connectivity.
vivo Y52t’s color options
The vivo Y52t has three color options, and it will go on sale in China starting September 19 through vivo’s official website. The 8GB/128GB version is priced at CNY1,399 ($200/€200) and the 8GB/256GB model at CNY1,599 ($230/€230). However, there’s a limited-time discount of CNY100 ($15/€15) on both variants.
