On Friday, Jennifer Lopez gave her followers a glimpse at her August summer plans with a carousel of highlights on Instagram. While she has shared some of her fav bikini pics this season before, here they’re all in one place. Both suits are classic string bikinis, one in white and one in red. In some photos she’s posing for the camera, in another she’s standing in the background at a pool hanging with friends and family.
Amongst the sexy swimsuit pics, Lopez shared a sweet tribute to her husband Ben Affleck with a close up picture of her necklace collection. Amidst the silver chains was one hung with the letters of his first name. In the photo, her bejeweled hand reaches gently towards it.
She captioned the carousel, “This is August… so far.”
She also shared some more fully clothed pics, including a stunning long-sleeved multi-colored dress with a thigh-high split, an orange caftan, a yellow bell-sleeved gown with a matching purse, and a black and white striped two-piece with a hat monogrammed with “JLO.”
There was a photo that looks like it was taken at Affeck’s 51st birthday party as well, featuring a chocolate cake covered in funfetti and tall candles.
She recently celebrated her husband in another post, sharing a video of them in the car with Affleck at the wheel as they mouth the words to a Sam Cooke’s song “Wonderful World.”
“Dear Ben … Happy Birthday. I love you,” she captioned the post.
The lyrics in the clip were, “Don’t know much about the French I took / But I do know that I love you / And I know that if you love me, too / What a wonderful world this would be.”
A source told People that Affleck is “happy and thriving” since his marriage to Lopez.
“Everything is going well in his life. He is happy and content,” said the insider.
