On the runway, Bella Hadid always exudes fierceness. Off the runway, though, she often exhibits a more of a carefree, relaxed look – including some sweet hairstyles. On July 14, the model took to her Instagram story to show off one of her most adorable looks yet – braided pigtails, which seriously brought me back to childhood mornings and my go-to elastic hair ties.
The model’s recent posts show her strolling through Europe and bringing her beauty playful aesthetic abroad. I couldn’t help but snap a photo of Hadid’s pink bow-tied pigtail braids, which she rocked while sipping on a cold beer. I’m sure many of us share a faint memory of sporting this same hairstyle for middle school picture day back in the ’90s, and now, we have Hadid giving us all the pigtail nostalgia in present day. Hadid’s fresh summer fringe is totally suited to the style, too. Soft bangs have been trending, so we just have to give this low pigtail look another go.
We, of course, can’t help but notice Hadid’s nails, too. Her classic French manicure added another sweet touch to her outfit, complementing the pink bows on both her braids and her corset top.
